Viroji India Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging organisation in India's Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, committed to creating high-impact knowledge platforms that bring together government, industry, academia, and society to address issues of national importance. The company specialises in conceptualising and executing conferences, exhibitions, summits, stakeholder consultations, and business networking events that facilitate dialogue, collaboration, policy awareness, and institutional partnerships.

Since its inception, Viroji India has successfully collaborated with leading trade bodies, government organisations, and industry associations to organise sector-focused conferences and workshops. Its inaugural event, organised in association with Bhartiya Vyapar Mandal and the MSME Development Institute, New Delhi, focused on empowering traders and entrepreneurs through awareness of government schemes and MSME initiatives.

Taking its initiatives forward as co-facilitator of smooth implementation of policy measures undertaken by Government, we co-organised the Annual Business Meet 2026 by the Builders' Association of India at Bharat Mandapam on 21 February 2026. The core theme of the meet was a conference on the New Labour Codes and their impact on the construction sector in India.

Thereafter, we also co-organised the Poland–India Business and Women Leadership Forum 2026, in association with the Poland-India Chamber of Cooperation (PICC), at Bharat Mandapam on International Women's Day 2026. Continuing in the same role, we organised the Horeca Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam on 11 March 2026, with the core theme of the impact of Quality Control Orders issued by the Government on the commercial kitchen equipment industry.

Continuing this vision, Viroji India Pvt. Ltd. proudly presents Shikshit Bharat Exhibition & Conference 2027 — its flagship annual initiative dedicated to higher education. Conceived as a comprehensive Single Window Higher Education Platform, the event aims to bring together Indian and international universities, colleges, government ministries, regulatory authorities, industry partners, educational institutions, students, parents, and academic experts under one roof.
